We deliver an Omotenashi service, a Japanese word that expresses how we “strike a balance between being attentive but not intrusive while anticipating guest’s needs.”

    Our Reception Team are on hand 24 hours a day to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

    CHECK-IN TIME 3 PM

    Should you require an early check-in, please contact reception (subject to availability).

    CHECK-OUT TIME 12 NOON

    Should you require a late check-out, please contact reception (subject to availability and may incur additional charges).

  • LUGGAGE STORAGE AND SERVICE

    For assistance with storage of luggage short or long term, packages or other articles, please contact our reception team.

  • LAUNDRY SERVICE

    If deposited before 12 noon, the clothing items will be ready the same day before 19:30.

    An express laundry service is available at an additional 50% charge.

  • SMOKING

    Nobu Hotel Barcelona is a non-smoking hotel, and smoking in the room carries a penalization of 300‎€ as a cleaning fee. There is a smoking area at the main entrance of the hotel.
